High-Capacity 10 Gigabit Backbone

The XD supports a 10G Ethernet-based trunk between the processor and the unit (via copper or fibre), which significantly reduces the number of direct home-run connections needed from the processor.

Flexible Media & Long-Distance Support

It offers both a 10G copper input (Cat6A/Cat5e) and a 10G fibre input (single-mode up to ~2 km) for connection to the processor, giving flexibility in routing and positioning the unit.

Multiple 1G Outputs for Fixtures

From the 10G trunk it distributes to 10 independent 1G output ports (Tessera protocol) to drive LED fixtures, with each port rated at up to ~525,000 pixels at 8-bit/60Hz.

Rack/Truss Mountable, Robust Design & Monitoring

The chassis is 19″ wide, 3.486″ high (2 U) or truss-mountable via clamps, includes link/status indicators for each 1G port, auto-switching between inputs, and the unit is built for professional live-event environments.
